New Certification of Trust

A stand-alone Certification of Trust may be needed when:
* A Grantor is stepping down from serving as Co-Trustee (in cases of incapacity or incompetence)
* The Successor Trustee is stepping up to serve as a Co-Trustee with the Grantor or as a successor trustee because the previous successor trustee has resigned.
